South Ribble Borough lies just
to the south of Preston in Lancashire and is easily
accessed by road, rail or bus.
By Road: By road the area
can be reached from the M6 at J28, J29 or 31, from the
M61 at J9 and the M65 J1.
By Rail: The West Coast
main train line crosses the borough and services run
from Preston station to the station in Leyland.
By Bus: There are excellent
bus services from the surrounding area to all parts
of the borough. Manchester, Liverpool and Blackpool
airports extend access to Europe and beyond.
